Later, Guo Jing and Huang Rong are kidnapped by members of the Beggars' Sect who do not know them. They are rescued by Zhou Botong and Hong Qigong. Qiu Qianren, the leader of the Iron Palm Sect, leads his men to attack the Beggars' Sect. Yang Kang claims that he is the new chief of the Beggars' Sect because he has the Dog Beating Staff.
